  • SOC 101: Introduction to Sociology

  • SOC 103: Contemporary Global Issues

Required:

  • SOC 407: Classical Sociological Theory

  • SOC 430: Quantitative Methods

  • SOC 440: Ethnographic Methods - Capstone

Advanced Theory or Methods (Choose one)

  • SOC 420: Contemporary Social Theory

  • SOC 421: Applied Sociology

Sociology Electives (Minimum 14 elective credits must be Upper Division)

Sociology Electives (Minimum 14 must be Upper Division) 1

1 One elective may be taken from other departments as long as the course is pre-approved by the Sociology Chair as having significant sociological content.
