This course focuses upon the discussion of basic Christian doctrines from Lutheran and ecumenical perspectives. Systematic Theology I explores the content and application of theological methods, the importance of contextualization, the doctrine of God and theological anthropology. This course will help students both to increase their knowledge of systematic theology from Lutheran and ecumenical perspectives and enhance the effectiveness of their preaching, teaching, pastoral care and missional leadership.
